Maeve is our newest showstopper—a renovated 1971 Piaggio Ape imported from Italy and reimagined as a one-of-a-kind mobile tap bar. Her name comes from Irish folklore, meaning “she who intoxicates,” a nod to unforgettable celebrations, bold choices, and a little magic in every pour.
With five fully functional taps and built-in commercial flash chillers, Maeve is designed to keep every pour perfectly cold while serving a curated mix of beer, pre-batched cocktails and mocktails, cold brew, and more—tailored to your event.
Maeve can stand alone as the main bar for smaller gatherings or be paired with a companion bar positioned alongside her to expand service options like canned cocktails or wine. For larger guest counts or multi-area events, a second standalone bar can be set up elsewhere on-site to keep lines short and drinks flowing smoothly.
Thanks to her compact footprint, Maeve fits seamlessly into driveways, patios, and event spaces—delivering a statement bar experience that’s intentional, elevated, and effortlessly cool.
